There is an
immediate opening for a Postdoctoral position in the Gaponenko
laboratory. The project will involve the study of protein-protein
interactions that regulate cardiac muscle contraction by NMR.
Experience in recombinant protein preparation and NMR spectroscopy is
required. Successful applicants must be US citizens or permanent
residents.
The University of Illinois at Chicago houses a
state-of-the-art structural biology facility including Bruker 600, 800
and 900 MHz spectrometers equipped with cryogenic probes, an analytical
ultracentrifuge, a CD spectrometer, a MicroCal calorimeter, and a
