Postdoctoral position available immediately in a Protein Structural
Biology Laboratory for a well-trained molecular biologist with
experience in protein cloning, codon usage optimization, mutagenisis,
optimization for high-yield expression of cloned proteins in
commonly used bacterial and yeast systems, mapping protein-protein
interactions with yeast-two hybrid assay etc. Previous experience
in 3D/4D-NMR or a desire to learn multidimensional NMR characterization
of proteins is a definite asset. The Laboratory is equipped with
state-of-the-art Bruker NMR systems operating at 500 MHz and 600 MHz
(with cryoprobe), and has just been funded by the NIH/NCRR for a
state-of-the-art cryoprobe-equipped 800 MHz NMR system. Please
